As our name suggests, event photography is an integral part of our business and we enjoy covering every kind of event imaginable!
Whether your event is a glittering gala ball or a fundraising dinner and dance, we can bring something extra to your occasion. For your guests, there’s no better way to remember your event than with a photograph.
Besides being a great feature of any important event, our service is completely free of charge to you, the event organiser; your guests just pay for their prints. (Terms and conditions apply). We are happy to tailor our services to meet your specific requirements, or to provide a comprehensive service with the minimum of input required by you.
Using modern, digital equipment, our on-site photography services are provided from a self-contained portable studio. We can work in an area as small as 8ft x 7ft.
Our team of experienced photographers can create colourful, fun or formal posed portraits in keeping with the tone and setting of your event. Photographs can be taken either in front of one of our many backgrounds or we can use a feature within the location as a backdrop itself. The choice is yours! From vintage black and white to modern high-key photography, the only limit is your imagination. We regularly take family portraits as well as portfolios shots for aspiring models.
Our on-site event photography service is particularly popular and simple. Our photographer will typically take between 500 and 2,000 photos, depending on the size of your event. Your guests can view their pictures electronically on a large, flat screen monitor before deciding to purchase. There is no obligation to buy. State-of-the-art, interactive software is used to display and edit the photos making ordering quick and easy.
The quality of the prints is assured through constant calibration of our equipment so that what you see on screen is what we will finally deliver in print, via our modern Dye Sub printers. Please note: We don’t use bog-standard inkjet printers. Our prints are waterproof to touch and last for 10 years. All of our photos are supplied in an attractive mount at no extra cost. Usually we will only print 9x6ins prints, on-site, which is our most popular size of print. Extra large 10x8ins size photographs (and mounts) can also be supplied for those special occasions, given prior notice by the event organiser.
For corporate events and to provide that extra touch for your clients and potential customers, we can even brand both photos and mounts with your company’s logo and signage, as well as incorporate other details of the event.
The products and services we supply mean everything to us and to ensure that our standards are maintained we will usually conduct both a pre-event survey of the venue and a planning conference with the event organiser. This ensures that your event is not only covered safely, but also that we approach it in the right style and provide you with a truly personal and attentive service at every stage.
We pride ourselves on supporting various charities and good causes. If you are planning such an event, let us know its charitable status and we will cover your event free of charge and donate a percentage of our on-site sales to your chosen charity. This way we provide a service for your guests and you raise additional valuable funds for your good cause.

The fun doesn’t stop after the music is over. Images taken at your event can be made available to be viewed and ordered on this website for those who missed the opportunity to purchase on the night. Safe and secure credit or debit card payments can be made via our integrated online services provider “Everybodysmile.”
As part of our ongoing commitment to the environment, we have invested in technology that minimizes the use of chemicals and reduces damage to our planet. Our workflow means we only print on demand and this further reduces needless waste. Our carbon footprint has been minimized by the use of a low emissions vehicle powered by liquefied petroleum gas. Even the tyres we use have been recycled! Our carbon footprint is further reduced by our close working relationship with other professional UK-based event photographers, which means that one of our teams will always be close by to attend your event, wherever that maybe in the country.
Our team of experienced photographers, sales staff and technicians adhere to health and safety regulations and are fully insured. For your peace of mind, all our equipment is PAT tested to ensure safety and all our staff have been certified by the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB).
